Binance terminates over 1,000 employees, including 36 in India

According to the Wall Street Journal, Binance has resumed its effort to cut its personnel by firing 1,000 employees as the crypto behemoth fights government probes and regulatory crackdowns in the United States.

1,000 employees of the cryptocurrency exchange Binance have reportedly been let off as a result of regulatory scrutiny and investigations in the US. The customer service industry was the most severely hit by the global cutbacks. Before the layoffs, Binance had 8,000 employees worldwide.
